Josh Crow
I'm a product designer who likes to build things. Trained in human-computer interaction, the study of how people use software, I lead design on Capital One's generative AI platform. Before that, I spent four years on customer identity and design systems.

Capital One is putting production work in the hands of AI agents, and my job is designing the controls: who owns each agent, and what it's allowed to do. Message me on LinkedIn and I'll send a code.

- The design system 2026 The tokens, type scale, spacing, and components this site runs on are documented on the page they draw.
- Adventure Planner 2026 Adventure Planner is a personal hiking planner that verifies trail conditions live and shows its sources. I built the graph, the engine, the evals, and the app end-to-end with a fleet of Claude agents.
- Jump Height 2026 A $20 sensor puck, built from off-the-shelf parts, measures wing-foil jump height and streams it to a Garmin watch. I ran the physics simulations, wrote the firmware and the watch app, and published all of it as open source.
