I design the registry where Capital One teams put their AI agents under ownership and control, and I built the tooling I needed before I could design any of it.

Lead Designer 2022–24

Selfie verification

Fake IDs sold online were beating the government-ID check we relied on, and about half the customers asked to use it never finished. I led design on the fix, a selfie checked for liveness and matched to the ID headshot, and more than 97% of the customers who start it after the ID scan finish it.

Biomedical Designer 2015–17

Patient-specific surgical splints

I sculpted splints and surgical guides for facial reconstruction in haptic computer-aided design (CAD) software and printed them on industrial stereolithography machines, each part shaped to a single patient's anatomy. With a coworker, I wrote a script that generated those parts from patient scan data, a proof of concept that moved the company to look seriously at automation.
